Aluminium Hull Anodes
Aluminium Anodes have long been used in the fight against corrosion. Application for aluminium anodes include ship hulls, tank interiors, offshore structures, submerged pipelines, piers, pilings and a number of other similar applications.

Bare Magnesium Anode with cable
The anodes for buried pipelines, tanks and similar structures are normally supplied packaged in a cotton bag containing a rapid wetting, moisture-retaining backfill, which reduces the electrolyte resistivity adjacent to the anode, improved performance.

Pre-packed Magnesium Anodes
Magnesium anodes are most economical when used on land where high driving potentials make them suitable for high resistivity soils and in brackish water and estuarine locations where the combination of salt and fresh water also gives high resistivities.

D-shaped Magnesium anodes with cable
Commonly used in cathodic protection systems because Mg metal has a more negative potential than other galvanic materials. Our production plant uses high quality magnesium metal which exceeds normal standards used to manufacture anodes.

Magnesium anodes ( 5 ton each )
The anode acts like a battery, giving off a low-voltage electrical current so that, over time, the anode corrodes but the structure that is being protected remains like new. Cathodic Protection using magnesium and other types of anodes prevents costly repairs and leaks.

Zinc Hull Anodes
Modern zinc anodes used for cathodic protection are cast from high purity zinc (99.995 %) alloyed with aluminium and silicon to combat impurities and cadmium to give uniform dissolution with loose distensible corrosion products.

Barge Anodes
Bracelet anodes are designed for use on all types of pipelines found in the saltwater environments. On pipe installations where a concrete weight coat is to be employed, square ended bracelet anodes are recommended at the same thickness as the weight coat.

Jetty Anodes
Cathodic Protection is a method to protect the steel pile wall of a jetty for corrosion. The Cathodic Protection on the steel piles works in the water (electrolyte) and will only be active from the area below the splash zone and the bottom of the Splash zone jacket till in the seabed.

MMO Tubular Anodes
The tubular anodes which are suppled in string are used in deep well to protect the underground pipes and metal structures.
Field of application: The anodes can be used in any nature environment.

725lbs Platform Anodes
Aluminium Platform/Structural anodes are used to protect ship hulls, rudders and ballast tanks, their increased capacity and long life make them more suitable for offshore platform and jetty installations with high current requirement.

Offshore Anodes
EPSIPL offer aluminium anodes for offshore application in a wide range of size shapes, with specially designed cores for various installation, giving high utilization factors. Anodes weighting more than 500 kgs, for cathodic protection of offshore platforms, form a part of our prestigious ranges of special anodes for such applications.

Jacket Anodes
A jacketed anode assembly for use in a sacrificial anode cathodic protection system deployed to impede corrosion of steel or steel reinforcement in pilings or similar supporting columns.A non-conductive jacket formed of mating shell halves is lined along its interior surface with sheets of expanded metal such as expanded zinc

Industrial Anodes
For the protection of oil, gas and water pipelines, oil storage tanks and underground cables. Also referred to as Soil Anodes. Soil zinc anodes are made from 99.99% pure Special high grade zinc. This alloy conforms to the composition of ASTM B-418-95 Type ll.

High Silicon Anodes
High Silicon Iron Anodes are among the most common impressed current anodes used in groundbed construction. The high corrosion resistance of silicon iron and silicon chromium iron alloys effectively ensures lifetimes in excess of 20 years.
